IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR ALL THE USERS

Starting March 30, 2026, you’ll need to verify your email address when submitting a request if you are not signed in. When you submit a ticket through our help center form, you will receive a one-time verification email. Your request will only be processed after you click the verification link in that email. If you do not verify your email, we won't receive your ticket.
This change helps protect you and our support system from spam and abusive activity.
