If there are incorrect information on your invoice such as:

  • Company name

  • Headquarter address

  • VAT number

  • Invoice address

  • Envelope address

  • Contact person

 

You need to create a ticket to Packaging. Type of invoice: Overstock, Transaction & Replacement:
