The stocktaking result is checked against the user’s packaging account balance according to the system (LES).
If the user reports less packaging than registered on the account according to the system and the user cannot explain this discrepancy, the packaging is considered lost for Volvo Group Logistics Services and the user will be debited for replacement cost.
Replacement cost may be invoiced separately or together with transaction cost and/or purchase of disposable packaging.
