Inventory Plan for EMEA 2026
Packaging Users 2026:
Scheduled Inventory dates for mandatory physical Inventory of Volvo Group Trucks Operation, Packaging during 2026 is following:
- Week 11 (9th - 15th of March 2026)
- Week 42 (12th - 18th of October 2026)
IMPORTANT!
Packaging must be physically counted and registered in the system the same day.
Inventory document will be available in the Web Portal application LES Portal from Monday morning at 09:00 CET until Sunday 15:00 CET.
You will be able to count and register during this period.
Please note that failure to perform inventory during these weeks will lead to a packaging order block.
Terminals 2026:
- 17th of January 2026
- 16th of May 2026
- 19th of September 2026
