If you notice red frame in Shipit Automated in your call-off, it means you do not have the Packaging Instruction for this part. Please contact Supply Chain Monitor & Support team and use OTHER for this part until the issue is solved.
Remember to adjust Unit Load (number or parts per one pallet) - otherwise the system will put UL as 1 by default. And if you're sending 300 pcs, you will see 300 pallets, which most likely is not correct.
