"Login Failed"

If you see "Login Failed" while trying to log in, please try to reset your password. Remember to enter your User ID (not the email address) in the next step!:

New password

If you need new password, you can do it by yourself: just click on "Forgot my password" link on the same page where you log in to Supplier Portal (right under your User/Password fields - see the screenshot above). If it doesn't help, please contact useradmin@volvo.com 

 

NOTE :

Every user should use his own account (user name). It is not allowed to use someone else's account. 
If you are new in your organization (or replace a colleague who is leaving) you can request the access for a new account by submitting a new request to Supply Chain Monitor and Support team (Transport Booking).

Don't forget to mention :

- Last name

- Email address

- Phone number and

- Parma ID (Ship from ID/ Supplier ID)
