For LES access for internal users, two things are needed:
1. The user must have ordered the applicable role in GRC tool and have it approved by the individual's manager. See the following instruction on how to order the role you need. GRC request
2. When the role(s) have been requested, the user needs to place a ticket for the LES access which will start the process of granting the user the LES application on the applicable portal along with the correct SLOC connection. Below picture describes what categories to pick when requesting this.
