V-EMB large foldable containers

V-EMB Large Foldable Containers is a series of plastic and steel containers specially developed and designed for the automotive industry.

They are easy to assemble, have good collapsible ratio, provide ergonomic handling and are stackable when filled and loaded.

The containers are compatible with V-EMB pallets and unit lids and available through Volvo Logistics global packaging management system.

 

V-EMB small plastic containers

V-EMB small plastic containers from Volvo Logistics is one of the industry's smartest and most efficient packaging systems. The unique, stackable and nestable containers can save up to 75 % space when stored and shipped empty. How much will that mean for you in real cost savings?

 

The modular system comprises two series of packaging: StackNest ranging from 5.0 to 10.9 liters of inner volume and SmallBox ranging from 15.7 to 78.9 liters. The containers are made of heavy-duty material with smooth, label-friendly surfaces. They are reused and compatible with V-EMB pallets and unit lids. All packaging types are available through Volvo Logistics global packaging management system.

 

V-EMB modular containers

V-EMB modular containers is a modular system comprising containers in a wide range of sizes. They have good collapsibility ratio, thereby providing extremely good space utilization during transport of empties. The pallet frames can be combined in different heights giving you high flexibility and cost-effective usage. V-EMB modular container system is available through Volvo Logistics global packaging management system.

 

V-EMB large foldable rack

V-EMB 285/288 is specially developed for the transportation of large components. It can carry one or several components, which are separated and protected by soft-clad aluminum bars. The bars can be arranged in a lot of ways providing great adaptability to a wide range of components. It is suitable for a great variety of parts – from tiny windscreens to bulky body sections. The steel rack is foldable and requires a minimum of space when empty.
